A polka dot by itself is really just a dot with no-one to polka with, right?
It’s no secret that this Summer my favourite print is polka dot. It all began here with this gorgeous flouncy red number and extended nicely into my very own dotty colourful collection for every occasion. We have white polka dots on black, baby blue, more black and even some circles on a woven beach bag which you absolutely loved. Then there were these black dots on white and of course today’s spots on burnt golden yellow. That’s a whole lotta dots for one person don’t you think? Never too much of something you really like.

Obviously wearing polka dot dresses and playsuits is simple in the Summer as we wear them on their own. But what about wearing short polka dot dresses in the coming months as the temperatures slowly start to fall?
Here’s how we can wear our Summer polka dots in the Fall:
– Swap sandals & sliders for ankle boots
– Keep warm with a long oversized cardigan (block colour is best)
– Add a pop of colour with a chunky knit jumper-
– Throw on a blazer for meetings
– Wear a leather biker at weekends
– Add more layers with a soft super long scarf

If none of the above do the trick, then there’s always denim. No doubt I’ll be investing in more dotty garments as soon as the AW18 collections launch and fingers crossed my favourite brands create something fun with the print. I’m already getting excited about Fall and Fashion Week. Anyone else?
Big love,
