First style blog post of 2020 and I’ll keep it short and sweet for you folks. Strictly fashion chat today and it involves a bit of new and a bit of old. I’ve purchased two new Lack of Colour hats several weeks ago and I’m absolutely in love. Of course I’ve been Influenced on Instagram, but it’s one of those “trends” and brands that I am so on board with. The quality and the designs are just stunning. I want more now…
I’ve also discovered this French independent / designer brand online back in October via TK Maxx actually that I’d like to share with you. My birthday is in October and one of my presents was a £200 TK Maxx voucher – my family know me so well. I went straight into their Gold Label section to see what last season designer pieces I could find. Nothing spectacular from any of the well-known brands, but this fringed knit caught my eye. The designer is Stella Pardot, whom I “insta-googled” right away and fell in love with. The jumper is still available full price via the designer, but mine was reduced to £179 in TK Maxx and I just had to have it. Something a bit more unusual, consciously produced and bloody gorgeous. Don’t you think?

Coat, bag, jeans and ankle boots are old. Discovered also that I now like wearing ankle boots under straight-leg jeans. Who knew? These DUO suede boots look soooo similar to the YSL ankle boots but for a fraction of the price. I’d be too scared to wear tan suede by YSL in Scotland anyway…
So there you have it. First fashion post of 2020 and a little intro to two new brands I’m absolutely loving.
Hope you are all having a great January so far.
Hugs. Tatyana x
