After eating so much yesterday (I was spoiled for Mother’s Day), it’s time to get back on the healthy track and I’m starting with this yummy smoothie…
1 banana
2 table spoons of organic oats
Coconut Milk
1 scoop of chocolate protein shake
Toasted seeds & Nuts (optional)
Blend everything together in your blender and sprinkle with seeds & nuts for extra energy and a crunchy surprise!
