Sometimes when your heart is calling you to go to the great outdoors – you just have to listen to it. On Tuesday, my other half and I decided to get out of the house, take a break from work, from computers and phones and ended up in one of my favourite parts of Scotland in Loch Fyne. I was having one of those “not 100% settling” days and I’m sure you all have those at times when you just know you need fresh air? That feeling didn’t last very long because isn’t it simply beautiful when the person closest to you senses it and does something wonderful to make you feel better? All I needed that day was to be surrounded by the gorgeous Scottish nature, plenty of hugs and a Seafood chowder in Loch Fyne Oyster Bar and Restaurant… I’ve wanted a chowder for days and BOY did it hit the spot! All of this just an hour away from where we live. The camera was in my bag (very conveniently the Instagram Husband said!) and this shoot literally took 2 minutes during our quick stop to breathe in some of that amazingly fresh air in the mountains.
The moral of the story? More time must be spent in the great outdoors. Full stop.
Have an amazing weekend everyone!
