I’m being totally sarcastic here – I just hope everyone is safe, not too hangover and have a few days off before they get back to work.

Since I’m so ancient and have only been to T in the Park once around 10 years ago when I played there with my old band – I think I prefer to leave those memories untouched if you know what I mean? Ancient way of thinking I know… There are however a few other festivals that I’ve been to in the past and my favourite has to be the Wickerman Festival – it’s on next week if I’m not wrong. It’s family friendly, a lot smaller than TITP and has such a good hippie vibe, plus they always have a great line up and the best thing? It’s almost never muddy, which means you can wear these gorgeous H&M suede fringed booties (as seen on Sincerely Jules) and forget about wellies.

Festival or no festival – it’s the fashion I love more than anything, so when St. Enoch centre in Glasgow have asked me to come up with a Festival Look I couldn’t wait to shop in my favourite stores such as H&M and Topshop in the centre. Whilst the majority of festival goers (girls in this case) tend to go for denim cut-offs and Hunter wellies, I decided to go for these Topshop denim dungarees which are super practical, comfy (they’re not a skinny fit) and so Alexa Chung don’t you think? There’s an element of a farm girl in here somewhere too I know, but that’s what I love about it!

I wore my dungarees with a simple two-tone striped tee because I love stripes, but they would look amazing with a bright red polo neck underneath or even a cozy jumper if it gets too chilly. We can even forget about the hassle of carrying handbags around with so many pockets… Stick on a pair of sunnies, fedora, some red lippy and happy days!

Are you going to any festivals this summer? What are you wearing?
Make sure to pop in to St. Enoch centre if you’re in Glasgow – you’ll find everything you need there and give me a shout if you’re going, I’ll meet you for a coffee… Ha!
