Happy Hump Day!
If you’ve met me you will have heard me talk of Edinburgh and how much I love the capital. It’s always sunnier than Glasgow for some reason and I just adore the architecture, buildings, little boutiques and of course all the touristy spots too…
My other half had a half a day off and so I dragged him along with me – he loves Edinburgh too. I went to check out the new Ted & Muffy store, where I may have ordered something very exciting for the winter whilst my other half was busy doing some quick meetings. I was going to do some shopping for my trip to Tallinn but then realised that I just bought this new Faux Shearling jacket and that I probably have too many pairs of shoes anyway – best realisation ever… worryingly sensible I must add.
So yeah, about this shearling jacket… There are lots of amazing real leather shearling beauties out there just now like this or this for example, and I really wanted one, but I decided not invest in a super expensive one. Trends pass and my tastes change also with them and although it’s a classic and would probably last me a lifetime – my £32 version will do me just nicely for this winter and for my trip to cold Estonia. It’s really warm, nice design and doesn’t look too cheap either… What do you think?
Would you invest in a proper shearling jacket? Or are you a trend victim like me with some things?
