If you can think of any more ways of wearing double or triple denim, I’ll wear it…
I think the best kind of denim is real denim that is not stretchy or made out of new thin kind of “jegging” material, especially for jeans as they need to pull me in the right places, depending on the fit of course… This skirt for instance, always gives me the illusion of a smaller waist with it’s A-line shape and non-stretchy fabric, which I love… Can you believe I almost gave this skirt away to charity last week? I know… This was until I realised that denim is denim, and the more I have it the better, and the more I can double or triple it on my body – even more better! Denim jeans, skirts, shorts and dresses – you name it, will always be trendy and timeless, so I say – never get rid of your denim pieces as you can always DIY them into something unique and personal such as ripped knees or DIY shorts!
PS! Did you know that Denim comes from the name of a French Town Nimes, where the fabric originates? Would love to visit that town – I feel we could be friends! 🙂
