TRANSITIONAL MUST-HAVES

We all have those days when we only have 2 minutes to get ready, but still want to feel and look like we had all 90 minutes. I find that although I might have more time at weekends to get ready, I would really rather not waste my time on doing makeup (thank you Lord for sunglasses) and ironing blouses. Walking in heels can also take away from all those extra seconds of family fun or cake eating you know?

Since we’re still kind of transitioning into Spring (slowly), it’s all about key versatile pieces that you can simple throw on or pull on in less than 2 minutes. You can’t go wrong with a classic good quality stretchy skinnies that are ideal for lounging around at friends’ sofas, cinema or shopping. These 7 For All Mankind jeans at LABEL are seriously the best. They look fabulous with a nice pair of heels, but since we’re all about “comfortable chic” here – sneakers are the only answer. Wore these metallic beauties on my flight to Gran Canaria and back and my feet couldn’t be more thankful. More about that trip later by the way…

Decided to mix it up with this MANGO red knit and add a bit of colour as it’s time to leave the monochrome hibernation for Spring. Agree? Keeping it safe though, by sticking to jumpers for a little while longer and loving the fact that red instantly brightens up my mood and face (!) without having to cake myself in makeup. Win Win!

Purse, keys and bank card in my snakeskin Karen Millen crossbody and et voila. My two-minute casual chic OOTD had never felt so put-together before. Of course, every single item can be worn separately for so many various occasions as they’re all so versatile.

Off to the cinema tonight and I’ll definitely be wearing this super easy casual chic look. Maybe minus the sunglasses though…

What’s your go-to weekend or casual weeknight look?

Tatyana xx

What a gorgeous look Tatyana, I love the colour of your sweater which you need today. It got so chilly in the UK compared to last Saturday (I’m not sure if you’re still on holiday?). Your sneakers are so cool and the cute bag, such a great size. Have a lovely week. Kirsten XX

That knit is just the knit of dreams, the colour, the weave and not to forget those sleeves! I love sleeves that are wide enough that you can pull them down over your hands and feel cozy. Such a lovely style choice!

I wish I had the ability to look as good as that in two minutes, but it takes a bit longer for me to achieve that, haha. I do love how you paired that beautiful knit with the ripped jeans and the sporty kicks with metallic details. Such an easy outfit to put together really, but you look ever so chic in it!
