I don’t know about you, but I think that this Scottish constant rain situation kind of has to stop for a while!
January blues are hard enough to deal with just now, so please weather, can you change this “Buckets of rain” (Bob Dylan) mood for something a little more upbeat? How about “Here comes the Sun”?
Spent half of the weekend at my parents and the other in PJ’s at home waiting for a dry spell so we can jump out and take some outfit pictures… But guess what? There were no dry spells, at least every time I looked out the window, but we still went out for some “fresh air” (that’s what I tell my two bears) and how appropriate – I brought my bucket just in case… the bucket bag Jenna that is…
But you may be wondering about my kimono wrap jacket? I tried finding similar ones for you and really like a few that I’ve come across actually (see below), but this wool beauty is hand-made and was a gift from my mum about 10 or 12 years ago… I know, there’s no excuse for not blogging it earlier! It’s such a pretty and unusual piece – the “scarf” and the “belt” parts are both down to my ankle when unwrapped, so playing about with them before leaving the house is great fun, I even had my daughter fastened to me once…
Hope you all had a wonderful weekend and hope it was dryer than mine! Here’s to a good week ahead!
Big Love! x
