Food Poisoning – not something a busy working mum / blogger needs right now! Not complaining, but warning you all lovely ladies (and gents) to be careful when eating finger food at big events. Nobody’s fault, but I’ll certainly be taking extra care next time!
Best foods to put into your weak body after food poisoning are in my experience greens and natural nutrients – none of the processed things as they’ll just feed the bacteria and may make you feel worse.
This smoothie sorted me right out and here’s the recipe:
– 1 kiwi
– 1 bunch of kale
– spinach
– mango
– fresh mint
– coconut water
– honey
– 1 orange
A mix of irons, zinc, vitamin c, potassium and many more nutrients that my body lacked so badly!
